Meet our Willowcreek Team

Tanya oversees the care of our patients and residents at Willowcreek Rehab & Nursing. She has extensive nursing experience in the long-term care field. Tanya began her career as a certified nursing assistant before becoming an RN in 2004. She has also served as the director of a long-term care Alzheimer’s unit and as an ADON (assistant director of nursing) before joining our team in June 2014.

A hands-on practitioner, Tanya enjoys working closely with our nursing team.

“I really like using my skills to mentor people — especially new nurses.”

When she’s not busy nursing, Tanya likes to relax with a good book or spend time with her family. She says, “I have three grandchildren, and they are my world.”

And if you hear a funny noise around our facility, it just might be Tanya.

“I have a terrible laugh!” she says.

Becky serves as the admissions director at both our Four Fountains and Willowcreek locations. She joined us in 1992 in accounts payable and receivable, but in 1995 she moved into admissions because she prefers working with people.

“I truly enjoy helping people,” Becky says. “That’s the best part of my job.”

An avid outdoorswoman, Becky camps and fishes. “I’m the one who cleans all the fish,” she says. And if you love to watch football, Becky’s right there with you. But be warned — says Becky: “I am a Dallas Cowboys fan.”

Nancy is in charge of whipping up the nutritious and delicious food that we serve our residents at Willowcreek Rehab & Nursing. Before joining our team in June 2014, Nancy led the kitchen at an assisted living facility in Collinsville, Ill. She has additional experience working in the long-term care field, having served as a CNA (certified nursing assistant) supervisor for more than 16 years.

“My passion for cooking, my experience in caretaking, and my love for seniors led me to become a culinary director,” says Nancy, who finds great joy working in our kitchen.

“I love making our residents happy,” she says.

When she’s not behind our stove, Nancy still has a passion for cooking. She also enjoys fishing and reading (mostly novels and nonfiction) in her free time.
